Gemini App Manager helps you manage your apps and is great for moving or uninstalling many apps at once. On rooted devices, you can select a whole bunch of apps to move or uninstall and it will do it without prompting you with each app's info screen. Additionally, the app lets you configure autorun preferences for each app so you can define exactly when they run, such as when booting is complete, new packages are installed, or network connectivity is changed.
