Undelete by Fahrbot does exactly what it says on the tin, allowing you to recover accidentally deleted files that have not yet been written over. It also gives you the ability to securely wipe files beyond recovery. The trial version only works for image files. If you want it work on other file types, like video, music, etc, then you'll have to purchase an unlock key. Great potential for your peace of mind.
