If you're going to go mucking about in your system, you're going to want a safe backup to restore from (such as a full 1-1 Nandroid backup of your device) should something go awry. Nandroid Manager helps you keep track of your Nandroid backups, allowing you to view info, explore their contents, and more. There's also a paid version that allows for selective restoration of data from your backups.

Note: Nandroid Manager is compatible to recoveries made with TWRP and Clockworkmod.
